NOTE
When De-energized ( nd ) is selected, the relay is energized and activated during an alarm condition (de-
energized during normal operation).
•
When the alarm contacts are configured as normally open, the contacts are open during normal
operation and closed during an alarm condition.
•
When the alarm contacts are configured as normally closed, the contacts are closed during normal
operation and open during an alarm condition.
When Energized ( nE ) is selected, the relay is energized during normal operation (de-energized during an
alarm condition).
•
When the alarm contacts are configured as normally open, the contacts are closed during normal
operation and open during an alarm condition. They close if the power is turned OFF.
•
When the alarm contacts are configured as normally closed, the contacts are open during normal
operation and closed during an alarm condition.
