the bottom of the screen.

Description

Clears the history statistic data, makes statistics again, and displays the results.

Description

Sets or queries the source channel of the time, voltage, and area parameter measurement.

When the math operation type is FFT (refer to the :CALCulate:MODE command), <source> cannot be

set to "MATH".



You need to specify two source channels for delay and phase parameter measurements. For the

source channel settings of delay parameter measurements, refer to the :MEASure:SETup:DSA

and :MEASure:SETup:DSB commands. For the source channel settings of phase parameter

measurements, refer to the :MEASure:SETup:PSA and :MEASure:SETup:PSB commands.

Return Format

The query returns CHAN1, CHAN2, CHAN3, CHAN4, or MATH.
