Measures the negative duty cycle of the specified source channel.

Measures and queries the negative duty cycle of the specified source channel.

Remarks



Before making measurements, turn on the channels to be measured.



When the math operation type is FFT (refer to the :CALCulate:MODE command), <chan> cannot be

set to "MATH".



When [<chan>] is omitted, the command, by default, applies to the currently set measurement source

(refer to the :MEASure:SOURce command).

Return Format

The query returns the measurement results in scientific notation. When the measurement results are

invalid, the query returns 9.9e37.
