.2 NCV2 indexing error
1. Check that all nozzle control valves are
connected to the boom harness.
2. Verify NCV2 counts on left and right booms.
3. Check nozzle control valve diagnostics or
status LEDs to identify valve is causing error.
4. Select the Calibrate NCV2s test and complete
the NCV2 indexing to properly set the nozzle
control valve locations across the implement.
5. Check the terminator cables for bare or worn
wires.
6. Check the CAN voltages on the boom cables.
7. Reload the object pool and disconnect power
to the machine.
.3 NCV2 offline
1. Cycle system power.
2. Verify the correct total number of NCV2s are
detected and their information is present in
the diagnostics information tab.
3. Check LED lights on the NCV2s Hawkeye® 2
Nozzle Control Valve Status section on
page 57.
4. Check the NCV2s, connections, relays, cables,
and fuses for damage.
5. Recalibrate the NCV2s.
.16 Too many NCV2s detected
1. Select the Calibrate NCV2s test and verify the
number of nozzle control valves connected to
the Hawkeye® 2 nozzle control system.
2. Cycle system power.
3. Edit profile.

CAN errors detected on NCV2
CANbus.
1. Check NCV2 bus termination.
2. Inspect NCV2 cabling.
3. Inspect individual NCV2 connections for
corrosion or damage.

.5 NB HS current low single
1. Reduce operating speed.
2. Verify the NCV2 voltage is above 10.5 V.
3. Check the system cabling for damage.
4. Check the NCV2 duty cycle for proper
operation.
5. Contact a local Raven dealer if the issue is not
resolved.
.6 NB HS current high single
1. Reduce operating speed.
2. Verify the NCV2 voltage is above 10.5 V.
3. Check the system cabling for damage.

operation.
