Double-tagged VLAN mapping cannot be concurrently configured with basic QinQ or
tagged CVLAN/Priority-tagged VLAN mapping on the same interface. Before
configuring selective QinQ and specifying CoS of the outer VLAN, configure basic
QinQ.
