RF interface is not ready. May happen when system is booting, after reconfiguration, after radio
part recalibration made automatically after some time etc. The packet is discarded.

Displayed while "Internal-RADIO" (Tx) interface is being monitored as part of a packet
header.

The transmitting is blocked because radio board has reached a temperature higher than 95 °C.
