Assign Interrupt Line
This command is used to assign an IRQ line of the VME bus to a slave interrupt generator.

Insignificant
Int_ID: Unique identifier of the assigned interrupt generator. For this model, the
'INT_ID' field has the value '001'.
Line:
Number of the IRQ line on the VME bus. A zero value indicates that the
interrupt generator is disconnected.
Action:
if Int_ID = 001, save the value of 'Line'
The response is placed in the Data Low Register.
Response:
if Int_ID = 001 --> FFFE
