The washing is performed as described in item 5. But the washing step is
repeated as much as 7 times

400 μL of Substrate are dispensed to the membranes each and incubated on the
orbital shaker for 15 minutes. After incubation the substrate is aspirated whereat
the membranes are tilted backwards.

400 μL of wash buffer are dispensed to the membranes each and incubated on
the orbital shaker for 1 minute. Thereafter the wash buffer is aspirated whereat
the membranes are tilted backwards.

400 μL of distilled water are dispensed to the membranes each and incubated
on the orbital shaker for 1 minute. Thereafter the water is aspirated whereat
the membranes are tilted backwards.

The membranes are dried by an integral fan for 10 minutes.

As a last step a picture is taken from all membranes by the integral scanner
and send to the RIDA qLine® Soft for evaluation.
The results are expressed in IU/mL and in 7 RAST classes
