SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

2.12 RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITS OF USE

Failure to comply with the operating instructions and safety requirements in this manual will
relieve the manufacturer of all responsibility. In driving this vehicle, the driver will assume all the
risks associated with the use.

If the maintenance of the vehicle is carried out in a way that does not comply with the instructions provided with non
genuine spare parts or anyway in such a way as to jeopardize integrity or modify its characteristics, the manufacturer shall
be considered relieved of all responsibility regarding the safety of the person and the defective functioning of the vehicle.
