The poor accuracy of the installation surface

would degrade the positioning accuracy of the robot.



If the stiffness or stability of the rack is

insufficient, or sheet metal is mounted on the rack, the

robot would vibrate (resonate) during operation, which

may adversely affect the operation.

To ensure enough space for installation of cables, a space of more than 150

mm must be reserved at the back of the base.

Installation example

Fix the bottom plate on the ground with anchor bolts (M12 or more). The

bottom plate must be sufficiently strong and rigid. The bottom plate with a

thickness of 20mm or more is recommended.
