Making External/Internal Calls

After pressing the key, a enquiry call is established with the stored call
number. The enquiry key must not be pressed beforehand.
This function is programmed with the setting Action during
conversation > Consultation .

After pressing the key, the numerical sequence stored for the key in
question is transmitted as DTMF tones.
This function is programmed with the setting Action during
conversation > DTMF .
Redialling
Pressing the redial key (Forum IPhone 5010) /
(Forum IPhone 5020/5025/5030/5040) displays a list containing the
last numbers dialled (with the most recent entry at the top). If a call number is
also stored in your system’s telephone book, you will see the name as well.
If you do not pick up the handset, you can execute the following functions.
Forum IPhone 5010/5020 usage
● Use the key to navigate in the entry. You can obtain information on the
called subscriber (e. g. his or her phone number if his or her name is
displayed in the redial list). You can see when you last dialled this number
and how often you have tried to reach the subscriber.
● Numbers : If there are other call numbers saved to the entry selected,
these are offered for selection ( M: = mobile call number) or P: = private
call number).

Delete : The entry is deleted.
● Delete all : The list is deleted after a confirmation prompt.
● Dial: Pick up the handset. The phone number will be dialled.
/ Select an entry (phone number or name).

Lift the handset. The call number will now be dialled
automatically.
