Menus at Your SIP System Telephone 191
Pick-up select. (Pick-up selective): You can answer a call for any other
internal subscriber. The subscriber must be member of a user
group with the following authorisations:
– Call removal is activated
– Pickup protection is deactivated
Dest. (Destination): Enter the call number of the other
subscriber. If the other terminal is already in the
connection state (e. g. an answering machine is making an
announcement), you pick up the call.
Take : You accept a current call from a different terminal at your system
telephone and continue the call on your system telephone. The
prerequisite is that your system telephone and the other
terminal have the same internal call number.
Unpark call : You access the list of callers who have been “parked” by
you (see also “Conversation” Status Menu on page 125). To
“Unpark, select the desired parked call from the list.
Dial
Announcement : You initiate an announcement to other system
terminals (see also page 148).
Dest. (Destination): Enter the call number. Announcements can
also be directed to a call number at which several callers
can be reached (e. g. a hunt group call number).
Note: If the called user has activated the announcement
protection (see page 189), this feature is not carried out.
Intercom : This function is for directing an announcement to a single
system terminal and the microphone is switched on the system
terminal called (see also page 148). The subscriber called can
answer you immediately without having to press a key.
Device-ID : Enter the device ID of the terminal. For information
on the device IDs available, contact your system adminis-
trator.
Note: If the called subscriber has activated the call waiting
protection (see page 190), this feature is not carried out.
Door opener : A list of the configured entrance intercom systems is
displayed. Select the desired entry. The door opener is activated.
