Operation at the Forum IPhone 5025/5030

Enter the desired ring tone. Confirm you selection with the

Ok

softkey.

Delete

: You delete the configured ring tone - after this you can select a

new ring tone.

Operation at the Forum IPhone 5040

Select the desired ring tone. Confirm the entry using the

softkey.

Tip

: You can listen to the ring tones via the Terminals menu (see chapter

Message ring tone

: Messages can also be signalled with a ring tone on your

SIP system telephone.

message you want to configure the ring tone. Confirm your
selection.

: Activate or deactivate the function. The activated function is

marked with a “+”.

Note:

When configuring the pick-up groups, your system administrator

can also specify that calls for members of your pick-up group be
displayed on your system telephone as well.

“Protection” Menu Group

Call protect

: Switching signalling of calls on/off for all call numbers of your

device (exception: VIP calls and hunt group calls continue to be
signalled). Calls from direct call keys are only signalled visually on this
trunk key. When call protection is activated, the caller hears either the
ring tone or the busy tone (this is configured by the system adminis-
trator as part of the user groups configuration).

When there are multiple trunk keys configured on your telephone, you
select the

Device

resp. - for an individual configuration - the desired

trunk key. Confirm your selection.

Int./ext. calls

(internal & external calls): You can activate call

protection either for internal calls only, for external calls only, or
for all calls.
