Menus at Your SIP System Telephone

– When there is a door call, either the call number or the name of the 

doorbell is displayed. The name is displayed if the call number of the 
door has its own phone book entry, or the system administrator 
assigned a name when the doorbell was configured.

– When you receive an external call where the caller is displaying a 

different call number than the one actually technically being trans-
mitted, a “?” appears next to the call number on the display. If the 
call number indicated on the display is saved to a phone book entry, 
the name is displayed as usual along with a question mark. Note: the 
display of the “?” may be disabled by the system administrator.

– If a caller suppresses display of his/her call number, the call is also 

saved on the caller list. Multiple calls from an unknown call number 
are listed as one entry. The system administrator can, however, 
during system configuration, determine that any calls with unknown 
call numbers will not be included on your call lists.

– If your internal call number (e. g. “30”) is configured on multiple 

terminals, you can view and edit the redial lists for the call number 
30 on each of these terminals. If you delete e. g. the call list on one 
terminal, it will be removed from other terminals too. 

Missed calls

: list of the callers who most recently tried to reach you. 

This list also applies to calls transferred or forwarded to you from 
other internal subscribers. 

– An entry is automatically deleted when you call the caller 

back. 

– Specific feature for missed standard hunt group calls: If a 

hunt group member has called back the caller, the missed call 
entry will be deleted in the caller lists of members of this 
standard hunt group.

– Forum IPhone 5025/5030/5040: A call when busy is indi-

cated by the handset symbol. 

– Forum IPhone 5025/5030/5040: The call forwarding 

symbol indicates calls which were forwarded to you. 

Accepted calls

: list of callers you last spoke to. 

Operation at the Forum IPhone 5010/5020 

Select an entry from the list of callers. 

– You can call the caller back by picking up the handset

.

– Use the 

 key to browse through and modify the entry.
