5.21 INSPECTION OF SIGNALING AND SAFETY SYSTEM
• Switch the trailer into function
•
„Tipper” and check that the corre -
sponding signal lamp (1) comes on
and the locking mechanism opens
and that the hook frame movements
are blocked.
Raise the frame about 3 cm
high. Function switching is not
possible.
• Switch the trailer to the „hooklift”
function and check whether the
corresponding signal lamp (2) turns
on and the blockade retracts.
Movements of the hook frame
and main cylinder are possible.

The signaling and safety system should be checked
without load (without load box), only for machines
equipped with hydraulic function switching.switching.
