Sterilizing detergent solution for washing the parts in contact with foodstuffs.
The recommended dose is: 2g of DETERSTOV for every litre of water.

COMPOSITION INFORMATION ON CONTENTS:
Contains various alkaline salts, sequestering agents, adjutants and additives.
IDENTIFICATION OF DANGER:
High alkalinity product.
FIRST AID MEASURES:
Skin contact: rinse thoroughly
Eye contact: rinse thoroughly, immediately
If inhaled: no particular problem
If swallowed: being highly alkaline this product can cause serious interior burns: drink water, consult a doctor.
FIRE PREVENTION MEASURES:
None, as this product is not inflammable.
MEASURES TO BE TAKEN IN THE CASE OF ACCIDENTAL SPILLING:
For small amounts absorb using sawdust.
For large amounts see point 13.
HANDLING AND STORAGE:
Store at room temperature in plastic containers.
Avoid very low temperatures.
INDIVIDUAL PROTECTION/EXPOSURE CONTROLS:
Use gloves and goggles, avoid contact with the skin and eyes.

STABILITY AND REACTIVITY
Avoid extremely low temperatures.
An exothermic reaction takes place with concentrated acids.
TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION
Oral toxicity LD 50 over 2000 mg/Kg rat.
LOCAL EFFECT ON THE EYES: Highly irritating
LOCAL EFFECT ON THE SKIN: Irritating. No problem regarding inhalation.
ECOLOGICAL AND BIODEGRADABILITY INFORMATION
Does not contain substances subject to the laws on biodegradability.
Do not release into the environment (see point 13).
DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS:
For large quantities and used baths, contact an authorized waste disposal company, or send to a depuration plant.

A 34.2 - COLOURLESS LUBRICANT FOR FOOD-PROCESSING MACHINERY
For use on the mechanical parts in contact with foodstuffs and subject to dragging and/or friction.
To be used for periodical maintenance on the door hinge, ice cream/grated-ice drink dispensing cock, hinge pin,
closure unit and all parts subject to wear.
The interval period depends on the frequency of machine use and can be evaluated according to the operator's experience.
