A 32 - OPERATIONS TO BE PERFORMED AFTER USE
Turn off pasteurizer every day after use by pressing
button (

); OFF will appear on display.
Subsequently turn off at wall switch. (Only for
STARMIX 120 model) Only now may cleaning
operations safely begin.

A 33 - CLEANING OPERATIONS
After installation, before use or at the end of
production, carefully clean, as indicated below.

Fill the cylinder with luke warm water.
Press button (

) and water temperature will appear
on display.
Press button (

), starting up mixer motor.
Press button (

) starting up emulsioner motor.
Leave luke warm water in motion for an adequate
cleaning time.
Press button (

) and extract washing water
from tap.
Repeat operation to eliminate eventual residues.
Remove tap by loosening setscrew.
Completely disassemble and wash carefully.
Reassemble, and put same back on machine,
tightening setscrew.

Repeat all previous operations with a sterilizing
detergent solution like
DETERSTOV
(specific for
machines in contact with foodstuffs, non-toxic, and
not damaging parts with which it is in contact),
subsequently rinsing.

Washing operations must be carried out on all
components in contact with food mixes.
