A 25 - COLD MIXING
1 - Display in OFF position.
2 - Press button (

).
Display will visualize temperature measured by product
probe.
3 - At this point it is possible to amalgamate the product
which has been poured into the cylinder, starting up both
motors by pressing relative buttons:

On pressing this button the mixer motor will start up,
indicated on display with letter A.
For example 15A means: mix temperature 15°C. with
mixer motor in operation.
In order to stop motor, press button (

) again.
In this case letter A will disappear.
Button (

On pressing this button the emulsioner motor will start
up, indicated on display with letter E.
For example, 15E means: mix temperature at 15°C. with
emulsioner motor in operation.
In order to stop the motor, press button (

) again.
In this case, letter E will disappear.
For example, if both motors are operating, the message
on display will be,:
15AE which means mix temperature 15°C, mixer motor
in operation, emulsioner motor in operation.
