Once this temperature has been obtained, the emulsioner
will start up and
E
will stop flashing, remaining with a
fixed light.
This means that emulsioner is now in operation, the
mix having reached the threshold of 40° C.
The emulsioner motor may always be excluded, by
pressing the relative button (
19
).
On reaching the standard programmed temperature
C2 65 = (temperature at end of heating cycle
B
), same
will intermittently appear on display.
For example, B65AE, with 65 flashing means: low
pasteurization cycle B maintenance phase at final tem-
perature of 65°C, mixer in operation, emulsioner in
operation.
Once time t2 has passed, the temperature of pre-
cooling with water is visualized on display, followed by
cooling phase with compressor.
During cooling phase at 36° C, the emulsioner motor
turns off, making the letter E disappear from display.
At the set temperature C3, the refrigerating compressor
goes towards maintenance temperature C5, indicated
by an acoustic signal at cycle end.
On reaching this temperature, the maintenance phase
begins.
When the temperature exceeds the threshold C5 by
2°C, the compressor starts operating until C5 is reached
again.
The mixer continues to move.
Mixer movement can be excluded by relative button (
