quiescent period is the delay time that from electromagnetic brakes brake (DO output
terminals BRK OFF) to the electric current cut OFF.
This parameter can make the brake braking reliable and then cutting off the current,
avoid the motor moving small displacement or falling. Parameters should not be less than
mechanical braking delay time.
Corresponding timing refers to chapter5-2-15

When the system changes from enable to not or occurs alarm, defined motor
quiescent period is the delay time that from electromagnetic brakes brake (DO output
terminals BRK OFF) to the electric current cut OFF.
The parameters is in order to make motor to slow down from adjustment placed state
to low speed , then make brake to brake, to avoid damaging brake. Delay time is the time
that the parameters is L167 or motor speed slowed to L168 parameter need to cost, and it
is the minimum value between the two.
