12 Saved HACCP data
HACCP logs can be saved to a USB memory stick by selecting
button
Log file Management
in control panel.
From the opening menu you select the desired function
according to figure 20.
13 Alarms
For HACCP the equipment has the following alarms:
ROOM HIGH TEMP
Internal cabinet temperature too high
MAX CYCLE TIME
Function time limit exceeded
POWER FAIL
Function interrupted due to power failure
Error messages related to the equipment function can be
acknowledged by
button. It does not turn off the alarm
but mutes the buzzer. Alarm ceases when the error is gone.
