Select the method of control based on either temperature or
time.
Legislation requires control based on product temperature
which must be selected for all the blast chilling programs:
Program Type: Temperature.
Time-based blast chilling control can be used as long as it can
be proved by means of a separate indicator that the product
has frozen within the given time limits to – 18 °C or colder.
Under ‘ Defrost ‘ select the time for automatic defrost. If the
equipment is used once a day or less, de-frost can be achieved
by leaving the door open in between use. If the equipment is
used regularly the automatic defrost is necessary.
We recommend the automatic defrost cycle is always started
prior to the conservation cycle.
End of the cycle / before conservation Enable
If you select Disable the defrost cycle does not start.
When going to the next page by buttons
and
the
following can be defined for every phase:
Set Point Probe
= Product temperature
[- 50 °C … + 120 °C]
Set Point Cabinet
= Internal temperature(air)
[- 50 °C … + 120 °C]
Max. Phase Duration = Cycle duration
[00:00 – 24:00 h]
Evap. Fan Speed
= 100 % (not in use)
Please note that the conservation phase is phase 4, for which
only the internal cabinet temperature is defined, typ 6
