Shouter Sounds

when user selects the battery

indicated on the display

Check the SBC connector on the charger

and on the battery. A loose connector can

cause in intermittent contact.

Make sure that the sign on the battery slot
matches the charger ID programmed in the
control box. To do this, connect the battery to the
charger and then look at the LCD display in the
control box. It should indicate that a battery
connect happened and will show the charger ID.
Make sure the charger ID matches.

Shouter Sounds

when battery is connected

This can happen when the connection is made
and broken several times while the operator is
connecting. Often this is due to loose connectors
that sometimes are in need of repair or
replacement. Sometimes it is due to a stiff
connection where the user has to wiggle the
connector to get it to go on.
