Removal of the drive pulley

- Remove the upper RH fairing. See: Procedure 6. 

page 21

- Removal of the primary transmission cover. 

- Hold the fixed flange with tool P/N 752237. 
- Remove the nut and the washer. 
- Remove the fixed flange. 

- Pull the belt aside (1).
- Remove the drive pulley (2) with the guide 

hub (3). 

Removal of the driven pulley

- Lock the clutch drum (1) with the pin wrench 

P/N 752237. 

- Remove the nut and the washer. 
- Remove the clutch drum, the clutch drive pulley 

and driven pulley assembly and belt. 

Make a note of the direction of rotation of
the belt.
