TROUBLESHOOTING LIST

THERMO 1
1- Failed to start up properly. The
unit has not reached 130 F or 54 C
and is in cooling mode.
2- The hopper is empty of fuel and
the unit is in cooling mode.
3- If the Hopper is not empty.
1- Let the unit cool down before
relighting.
Refer to start up chapter on page 16.
2- Fill the hopper and activate the manual feed.
3- Refer chapter T2.
THERMO 2
The unit is very hot and the fans run
at full speed. The high temperature
sensor is activated.
The convection fan may have stopped or the fly
-
wheel is dirty. The sensor is
defective. Refer to chapter T3
THERMO 3
High temperature protection is de-
fective when the stove is in standby
mode.
Replace the high temperature sensor 300F.
VOLT1
Low voltage less than 10.5 volts DC. Check out the converter output or check the battery
connections.
Refer to chapter T5 and T15.
VOLT 2
No AC power or the convection fan
does not work.
The converter or the convection fan is defective.
Refer to chapter T6, T13 and T15.
FUS 1
Feeding system fuse is burnt.
Replace the fuse 500 mA (slow blow) in socket F2.
Refer to Chapter T7.
FUS 2
Ash removal system fuse is burnt.
Replace the fuse 500 mA (slow blow) in socket F3.
Refer to Chapter T8.
FUS 3
Main fuse is burnt or bad connection
on the touch screen cable
Replace the fuse 500 mA (fast acting) in socket F1.
Refer to Chapter T9.
PRES 1
No vacuum pressure in the combus-
tion chamber or inferior pressure to
.08 w.c when unit run on speed 1 or
2.
The combustion fan or pressure switch is defective.
The main door was open for more than 60 seconds.
Maintain the pressure over .1 w.c on the pressure
gauge.
Refer to T10 and T12.
HOP 1
Hopper lid open.
Opened lid over 60 seconds or the switch is defec-
tive. Refer T11.
Fail 1
The unit is cold and the display
shows the normal mode
Replace 130F proctection, see chapter T2.
Fail 2
The unit is cold, the displays show
the stop mode and the fans are
working.
Replace 110F proctection, see chapter T14.
Fail 3
The unit is locked at heat level 1 or
at heat level 3 or 4.
Thermostat mode is enabled, refer to page 21 for
thermostat functions.
