If the recliner is damaged in an earthquake, fire, flood or other incident,
contact us (see “Contact Information” on p. 46) or your distributor
for inspection and repair. Otherwise, there is a risk of electric shock
or fire due to short circuit or current leakage from electrical parts, or
injury due to malfunctioning caused by deformation of the recliner.

Problems may not always indicate faults. Check the following once again before requesting repair.
z
If the problem persists after taking corrective action, stop using the recliner immediately, disconnect
the power plug from the outlet and contact us (see “Contact Information” on p. 46) or your
distributor for repair.
z
In case of a failure or temporary problem, the display panel
on the handheld controller displays an error code.

in the recliner, such as electronic
treatment apparatus?
It seems that a preventive action to detect a
poor communication condition was activated.
This is not an error. When using electronic
treatment apparatus, disconnect the power
plug for the recliner from the power outlet.

check that the POWER lamp on the handheld
controller goes out, then plug the power plug
back into the outlet.

continuously? (When the actuator
is operated continuously, the
operation time limit may be

for 20 to 57 minutes. (If you don’t observe
this no-operation time, the error code will be
displayed again).
