REGULAR INSPECTION AND DAILY MAINTENANCE

Before the patient gets on the recliner and starts using it, make sure each part can be operated
normally, and no abnormal sound is heard. To ensure safe use of the recliner, check the
inspection items described in the inspection sheet below once a year, and make sure there is
no problem. If you notice an irregularity or want a detailed inspection, contact us (see “Contact
Information” on p. 46) or your distributor.

There must not be any strange noises when moving
the recliner.
There must not be any strange vibrations when
moving the recliner.
Caster locking operation (See p. 29)
Proper operation can be achieved.
The operation must not be overly difficult.
The recliner must not move easily when the casters
are locked.
The recliner must move smoothly when the lock is
released.
Armrest
Armrest operation (See p. 19)
Proper operation can be achieved.
There must not be any strange noises or remarkable
rattling.

Footrest
Footrest operation (See p. 19)
Proper operation can be achieved.
There must not be any strange noises or remarkable
rattling.
Pass the footrest position adjustment belt through the
loop running across the seat surface.
Electrical
parts
Visual check of electrical parts
Cables must not get tangled in the recliner.
The plug and the cable must have no scratches or
damage.
Make sure dirt is not adhering to the plug.
There must not be any scratches and damage on the
handheld controller.
Make sure the POWER lamp on the handheld
controller is lit up in green.
