Operation buttons and indicator lamps

Power lamp
Lights when power is being supplied to the recliner.
ON (Green): Normal power ON status.
OFF: The power plug or handheld controller plug
is disconnected, or there is a power failure or
disconnection.
Flashing (Red):
Indicates a problem such as a broken wire
or interference with an obstacle. Refer to “
0
TROUBLESHOOTING” (p. 36 to 38) to find the
correct way to handle the situation.

Operation buttons
Pressing the operation button moves the recliner,
and releasing the operation button stops it at the
corresponding position. Pressing two or more buttons at
the same time also stops the operation.
* Identification embossing
The operation button for raising has a round
embossing so that it can be identified through touch.

Operation selection lamp
Indicates ENABLED (operation enabled)/LOCK (operation
is disabled) of the operation buttons.
ON (White): Ready for operation.
OFF: The power is OFF. It is also possible that operation
could be disabled. (When operation is disabled, only
the lights for disabled parts are turned OFF.)

Lights are turned OFF when operation is
not being performed for a certain period
of time. The lamp lights up automatically
when there is a swinging motion, such as
when the handheld controller is held in
hand.

At the lowest height, the height operation
selection lamp continues to light up in
orange.

Set button ( icon)
If you press the Set button, you can change the various
settings with the operation buttons. For details on the
settings, see p. 25.

Angle/Height display/Error code
Displays the angle of the backrest and leg rest during motion, or the
height of the seat face.
* When an error occurs, an error code is displayed (see p. 36 and 37).
Backrest angle display… from -12° to 74°, displayed every 2°, and stops
at 75°.
Leg rest angle display… from -30° to 12°, displayed every 2°.
Height display…
46 cm is displayed after 45 cm. Thereafter, the
height is displayed every 2 cm up to 76 cm.
* When installing the optional caster (KC-
825C), the height of the seat face becomes
5.1 cm higher than it is displayed.

Disabled operation display
Flashes when the pressed operation button is set to the locked
(operation disabled) state.

Handheld controller replacement notification display
Lights up when it is time to replace the handheld controller.
* Lights up only in the setting mode.

controller for explanation
