ARRANTY
T
he manufacturer warrants the Double Eagle and Eagle Stroke against defects in material and
workmanship for a period of twelve ( 12 ) months from date of shipping from manufacturer's warehouse.
This warranty is limited to the electronic components only and DOES NOT include (1) light bulbs
and other expendable items,(2) compact disc replacement, (3) minor adjustment, and (4) maintenance
operations which would normally be performed by the Buyer (5) the projector*. This warranty does not
extend to expendable items nor to the damages which are caused to the equipment due to negligence or
intentional acts by the Buyer, its employees or other individuals.
*The projection system is not covered by Optronics’ material and
workmanship warranty. The projector is covered by the
manufacturer’s warranty for a period of one (1) year from date of
purchase. Any physical malfunction of the projection system should
be directed to the manufacturer at the number specified in the
projector manual. (Manufacturer does not warranty projector lamp
assembly, nor does Optronics, Ltd.). NEC Warranty phone

There are no other warranties of any kind, express or implied.
In the event that any parts under this warranty fail and the Buyer shall send the defective part or parts to
the Manufacturer in Salt Lake City, Utah, the Seller will replace or repair such defective equipment or
parts and return same to the Buyer. Buyer agrees to pay freight costs for the shipment of said equipment
or parts. In the event Buyer is unable or unwilling to send the defective part to the factory for repair, the
Seller will (at the request of the Buyer) send a Service Representative from the factory to assist in the
repair of the equipment provided the Buyer pays the expenses of said Service Representative at the
standard daily rate plus transportation and lodging costs.
In the event a replacement part is sent to expedite the repair of a machine before the defective part is
returned to Optronics for repair, Buyer agrees to return to Optronics the defective part that has been
replaced within two weeks of receipt of said part. If part is not returned within said two weeks, Buyer
agrees to pay for the part received. Buyer also agrees to pay a penalty fee of 10% per month additional
to the cost of the part as long as said part has not been returned to Optronics or paid for in full.
