The printer is not printing or is not responding

REASON:

SOLUTIONS:

1. Check

cables.

Check to make sure printer is turned on in the Setup (Drawing 11F) Check
the power cable and the USB cable to the printer for connection.

If this returns power to the printer, you are finished. If not, refer to
solution 3.

Replace printer assembly.
