Precautionary information is classified and described according to the level
of hazard and damage that may occur as the result of incorrect operation.

The following symbols indicate the type of precautions that must be
obeyed. (The following are examples of the symbols.)
Secure foothold when the gas detector or smoke detector is to be covered by
plastic bag, etc., when using an insecticide (smoking insecticide or thermal
transpiration insecticide).
This will be a work in high place which you may trip or fall, so take caution to work safely.
Never touch the liquid inside the LCD monitor when the LCD monitor cracks.
Irritation of skin may result. If it goes in your mouth, immediately rinse and consult a physician.
If it goes in your eyes or adhere to your skin, rinse for minimum of 15 minutes with clean water,
and consult your physician.

This product is equipped with the call and video display function with the lobby phone and door phone
with camera, call function with the door phone, building manager room base unit or integrated control
panel installed in the building manager room, or other unit, delivery, message, EV charging notification
function, and alarm (emergency, fire, gas leak, incomplete combustion, security, calling, water leak,
earthquake, and general use alarm) notification function. Also, by attaching the unit expansion adapter
(sold separately) to the base unit, the calling function with the call sub-base unit with monitor or call
sub-base unit, and Eco function to check the usage of electricity, water, and gas are expanded.

Some functions may not be available depending on the model or the system configuration.

This operation manual describes the call sub-base unit with monitor and the call sub-base unit
collectively as the "call sub-base unit".

This product has a function to notify the alarm that was detected by the gas alarm and detector,
but it will not prevent gas leak, carbon monoxide poisoning, or fire. Please note that Panasonic is
not liable for any damage caused by gas leak, incomplete combustion, fire, etc.
●
This product has a function to detect the window or door has opened, but it is not a preventive device
for intrusion or theft. Please note that Panasonic is not liable for any damage that was caused.
●
This product has a function to notify occurrence of earthquake by linking with the Earthquake Early
Warning System of the Meteorological Agency. This does not guarantee the accuracy of notification or
prevent damage. Please note that. Panasonic is not liable for any damage that was caused to customer.

When delivery of the Earthquake Early Warning System (forecast) from the Meteorological Agency
did not arrive prior to the earthquake
When there was an error in the estimated arrival time of earthquake
When there was an error in the estimated intensity of earthquake
When a false alarm was issued by the Meteorological Agency
When the Earthquake Early Warning System (forecast) was not notified due to failure of the
communication line even though the Earthquake Early Warning System of the Meteorological
Agency has appropriately functioned
When the Earthquake Early Warning System (forecast) was not notified due to failure of the device even
though the Earthquake Early Warning System of the Meteorological Agency has appropriately functioned
When a damage by earthquake has occurred even though the Earthquake Early Warning System
(forecast) was correctly notified to the resident before the earthquake has arrived
When the Earthquake Early Warning System (forecast) could not be notified because other alarm such as
fire or gas leak has occurred
Other conditions and circumstances for which Panasonic is not responsible

Do not disconnect the dedicated breaker for the power supply (AC100V) or the power supply
(AC24V). Some of the alarms and the callings may not be possible.
●
Talk within the distance of 50 cm from the base unit or the call sub-base unit. Voice may become
inaudible when you are too far.
●
The voice may break up and become inaudible when the sound surrounding the base unit/call
sub-base unit, and the lobby phone/door phone/call sub-base unit (baby crying, dog barking,
audio from stereo, etc.) is too loud.
●
The voice may get cut off if you start to talk before the other side has completed talking when
talking between the base unit/call sub-base unit and the lobby phone/door phone/call sub-base
unit. Smooth conversation is possible by starting to talk after the other has finished talking.
●
The image or voice may be disrupted when a cell phone or a PHS phone in use is brought near
the base unit or the call sub-base unit, but this is not a malfunction.
