Incorporating a Judgement Result into Another Judgement Program

Judgments are output in the ascending order. Therefore, the incorporated output judgement must be the
lower number than the target judgement number.

Example:

JD02=GW01+GW02
In this case, the judgement result of JD02 referred by JD01 will
be the one of previous inspection.
