Creamy potatoes 4 servings

800 g peeled potatoes, sliced thinly
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. thyme

- 3 dl 13% cream

50 g grated Emmental cheese
Ovenproof dish
1. Mix the garlic, thyme, salt and pepper with the potatoes in an oven-
proof dish.
2. Pour the cream over and sprinkle with grated cheese.
3. Place ovenproof dish on Glass Tray. Cook on 600 watt for 5 min.
4. Insert Metal Tray under ovenproof dish and cook on Grill 1 + 440
watt for 20 - 25 min.
4. Check the potatoes to make sure they are soft and cooked.
Tip:
Check that the potatoes are soft in the centre.
Crispy-topped potatoes 2 servings
500 g medium-sized potatoes
1 tsp. coarse salt
25 g butter

dl bread crumbs
1. Peel the potatoes.
2. Cut the potatoes across into slices a few mm thick but do not cut
right through. The potatoes must remain together at the bottom.
3. Place the potatoes in an ovenproof dish.
4. Sprinkle with salt and place a thick slice of butter on each potato so
that it can melt between the slices. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
5. Cook the potatoes on Combination Grill + 440 watt microwave for
15 - 18 min.
6. Check that the potatoes are soft.
