Defrosting food
Pre-cooked frozen food must be reheated straight from the freezer and not defrosted first.
See pages En-13-16.
Frozen food is defrosted easily and quickly on the oven defrosting program.
The defrosting program is for small pieces of meat, fish, or mince, whole large pieces of steak or poultry, particularly chicken, duck
etc. See program page En-13.
* Place the food on an upturned saucer on a plate. This results in more even defrosting.
* When the oven stops, the food will still be a little frozen in the centre, but in the subsequent standing time the food will become
defrosted.
