Description
"S1 + 1" & “S1” Setting
1. When data is sent in units of words
•”S1” Setting
F = 0
: Units of words selected.
n2 = 0000(H0)
: Enter H0 when word units are selected.
n1 = 00000001(H01)
to 00011111(H10) : Enter the number of words to be sent.
•”S1 + 1” Setting
LINK = 0001(H1) to
0011(H3) : Enter (1 to 3) for the destination station.
Station No.(UNIT NO.)
= 00000001(H01)
to 00100000(H20) : Enter the station number(UNIT NO.).
2. When data is sent in units of bits
•”S1” Setting
F = 1
: Units of bits selected.
n2 = 0000(H0) to
1111(HF)
: Enter destination bit position(0 to 15).
n1 = 0000000(H00) to
00001111(H0F) : Enter source bit position(0 to 15).
•”S1 + 1” Setting
LINK = 0001(H1) to
0011(H3) : Enter the LINK number where the destination station is in the same
network.
Station number(UNIT NO.)
= 00000001(H01)
to 00100000(H20) : Enter the station number(UNIT NO.).
Note :
Program
example
• The available setting areas for the P Type(Optical) Link System are :
LINK = 0001(H1) to 0011(H3)
Station number(UNIT NO.) = 00000001(H01) to 00111111(H3F)
For ditails about the P Type(Optical) Link System, refer to the P Type(Optical) Link
System Technical Manual.
• When the flag R9031(special internal relay) turns ON(1), one of the following error
codes are stored in DT9039(special data register).
71(Hexadecimal)
: Response signal incicating that the transfer operation cannot
be received.
72(Hexadecimal)
: Buffer for the link is full.
73(Hexadecimal)
: A response message was not received.
When one of above mentioned errors occurs, check the value of the time-out in
system register number 32. The time out value can be set in the range of 10ms to
81.9s(default = 2s)
