2) Removal of the fuser lamp/heat roller/heat roller bearing/insulating bushing/heat
roller gear
• Perform procedures 1and 2.
(1)Remove the screws (x 4)
(2)Remove the heat insulating cover.
Note: Loosen pressure screws (x 2)

(1) (2) Remove the screws and take off the
thermistor and thermostat blocks.
(Lift the thermostat and slide to the front.)
(3)Remove the pressure screws (x 2).
(4)Remove the roller pressure plates.
(5)Remove the heat roller.

(1) Remove the heat roller gear, bearing
insulating bushing, and heat roller stopper.
Note: After reassembling and tightening the
screws of the pressure springs, check
the pressure roller for fit.

(1)Remove the spring.
(2)Open the fuser lamp cover.
(3)Remove the fuser lamp.
