this example, Ingredient #1 (Steak) shows all inventory calculations. If you do not
enter Receipts, Transfers, etc., that information and the resulting calculations do not
report for the ingredient (see Ingredient #2---Burger).
• See the Inventory Notes Section for information about the calculations provided on
this report.
Important:
This report is available only at the System Master. The totals are based on
system-wide PLU sales data, whether you select the Terminal or System-wide
report option.
