Unplug unit and remove Remote Control

wires from wiring terminals on bottom of

unit. Use a new short piece of wire to

connect the Remote Control directly to

the Remote Control Wiring Terminals

located at bottom of unit. Plug unit in

and open a hot water source.

Did the unit

display Error

Code 24?

The wiring is defective.

Replace Remote Control wiring.
