15 Conditions of Guarantee
and Liability Restrictions
OSYPKA AG warrants each new
PACE 203H (excluding batteries) to be
free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of two (2)
years following delivery of the unit to the
original purchaser. If our examination of
PACE 203H discloses a defect to our
reasonable satisfaction, then we will
repair or replace the defective parts or
unit, at our discretion. If it is not possible
to repair or replace PACE 203H, we will
substitute a functionally equivalent
device or refund your original purchase
price, at our discretion.
For Warranty claims, the defective unit
must be returned within thirty (30) days
after discovery of the defect, postage or
shipping prepaid and the RMA number
displayed, to:

If you mail or ship your PACE 203H to
us, we recommend that you insure
and/or track your shipment since we will
not be liable for loss or damage during
shipment.
This warranty does not cover: (1) inci-
dental or consequential damages
(including but not limited to medical
expenses) caused by a defect or mal-
function, whether your claim is based on
warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise; (2)
damage from accident, abuse, misuse,
or introduction of foreign objects; (3)
unauthorized modifications, alterations
or repairs; (4) failure to follow the manu-
facturer’s instructions; (5) third-party
actions (fire, vandalism, theft, etc.); (6)
the elements or acts of God; (7) acces-
sories; (8) preventative maintenance; (9)
damage that is not reported with 30 days
after expiration of the Warranty; (10)
external electrical interference; (11)
shipping and mailing costs; (12) bat-
teries.
THIS WARRANTY IS ESPRESSLY IN
LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY,
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE
REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS
WARRANTY SHALL BE THE ONLY
REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO ANY
PERSON. NO PERSON HAS ANY
AUTHORITY TO BIND US TO ANY
REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET
FORTH HEREIN.
This Warranty, including its terms, condi-
tions, limitations, exceptions and exclu-
sions, contains our entire obligation to
you, and replaces any other representa-
tions made to you or understanding you
may have about our obligation. You may
also have additional rights that vary from
state to state.
