4. ORION Camera System Overview

4.1. Camera Controls

The following figure describes the inside detail of the camera.

Battery Connectors

- Two battery connectors are available on the camera.

These connectors can be used to “hot-swap” the battery without powering
down the camera.

READY Indicator

– After you press the SAVE PICS TO CARD button,

this light will turn on to notify you that it is safe to remove the memory
card.

WAIT Indicator

– This light will turn on when you first turn on the power

and when accessing the memory card. Do not remove the memory card
when this light is on.

ERROR Indicator

– This light will turn on when there is an error writing to

the memory card. If this light turns on consistently, try a different memory
card.
