PLS-OUT Output Function

Synchronous Operation Possible
This outputs signals with the same number of pulses and pulse
speed as the command value.
The PLS-OUT signal and DIR-OUT signal (rotation direction signal)
can be input to another driver to drive the actuator for another
axis.
