Location for installation
The motor and driver are designed for use in an
environment of pollution degree 2.
Install it in a well-ventilated place satisfying the
following conditions, where the product can be
easily accessed for the purpose of inspection.

Installation
This section covers the motor and driver’s installation location and method, as well as the method of
installing a load.

Install the motor and driver in an enclosure so
that the operator cannot touch them. Direct
contact may result in injury.

Installing the motor

Installation method
Install the motor on an appropriate metal plate
within the enclosure.
1.
Insert the pilot located on the motor’s
installation surface into the metal plate’s
countersunk hole or through-hole.
2.
Securely tighten the four screws so as to leave
no gaps between the motor’s installation
surface and the metal plate.
