below/right). Selecting one of the gate icons will automatically apply the saved gate
parameters. Examples of saving and selecting a saved gate are illustrated in the image below.

Note: Gates can only be recalled from the same graphical representation (histogram/dot blot)
and the same parameters.

Histogram Overlays of Fluorescence vs. Size Scatter Plots

Fluorescent and Size histogram overlays on the dot plot can be toggled on and off by pressing
the blue histogram button at the bottom right of the scatter plot (see image to right). With
histogram overlays turned on, the fluorescent histogram appears as a blue histogram with a
base on the left (fluorescent) axis.  The size histogram is displayed as a red histogram with a
base on the bottom (size) axis.  The histograms can be rescaled by swiping your finger in the
appropriate direction:  Up-down for the size histogram and left-right for the fluorescent
histogram.
