Field Resource Activities
•
Adjust: The countdown with the projected activity duration. Click Adjust to update the projected duration. The
button turns red when less than 5 minutes to activity end is left.
•
Complete: Links to the End activity page.
Idle time: Displays the idle time, which may occur:
•
Before the next activity in the route
•
Between the current activity and the next activity
•
After the last activity in the route
Idle time is calculated as the time period between the end of one activity (projected or actual) and the
beginning of travel to another activity. So, if one activity is expected to end at 9 AM, the next activity is
scheduled for 11 AM, and the projected travel time between the activities is 30 minutes, the idle time is one hour
and thirty minutes.
Travel time: This is displayed only when you are moving to the next pending activity in the route. It contains these
elements:

Adjust: The countdown with the projected duration of travel time. Click Adjust to update the projected
duration. The button turns red when the travel end time has passed.
•
Start: Links to the Start Activity page.
Next activity: Displays the activity which is the next in the route but is not started yet. The tile contains these elements:
•
Square block with a letter: The color of the block depends on the activity type and status. If the activity
address is not resolved, the block is empty.
•
Activity identifier: The list of activity properties configured on the Identify activity by page.
Note: By default, all properties are displayed in a single line. To display each property in separate rows, "End of line"
markers can be used when configuring Identify Activity by screen.
•
Arrow: Links to the Activity Details page for that activity.
•
Navigate: Opens the device native application to show the activity location. The button is displayed if: the
Navigate button is configured on the Activity Details page AND the activity address is resolved.
•
Call: Calls a number on a phone-capable device. It is displayed if:
The Customer phone (cphone) property is configured on the Activity Details page and the customer phone
property is not empty.
My Route Tile
The information you see on the My Route tile depends on the width of your device screen. A wide screen device shows
more information.
