Confirms whether the reading can be correctly performed with
the set conditions.
The reading judgment and data are not output to the terminal
blocks or RS-232C but displayed on a monitor.

Procedure

Enter MON (Monitor) mode.

MON (monitor) mode automatically moved to after leaving
SET mode.

Input reading trigger.

One reading is performed when the TRIG Key is pressed
once.
