V440-F C-Mount Code Reader User Manual

There are two modes that can be used to setup the Configuration Database.
The first is

Simple Mode

, which is extremely powerful but easy to use. Simple Mode is explained below.

The second is

Advanced Mode

, and is the classic mode from previous versions of WebLink. Advanced

Mode is described later in

Configuration Database

(lower down in this same topic).

The

Simple Mode

Configuration Database is designed so the user can create as many images as are

necessary to be able to see all the symbols. Then within each image, the user can insert the number of

decode tools required to read all the symbols. As detailed above, each image and each decode tool

have their own unique settings.
The Simple Mode Configuration Dialog allows the user to easily set up the Configuration Data base

with multiple images, and with multiple decode tools within each image to attempt to read all codes.
Again,

is the limit for the number of Configuration Database entries.
