Seventh row and thereafter: Measurement data
The following items are output. The sensor status and temperature data for all sensors is
output in one row.
(1) Measurement date and time
Output in the display format corresponding to the locale set in the PC.
(2) Main Unit status
The double-byte data of the Main Unit status that is maintained in the Main Unit is output in hexa-
decimal.
For the detailed content of each bit, refer to "Main Unit status" in 5-3-2 Main Unit Monitor Object
(Class ID: 374 hex) on page 5-10.
(3) K6PM-TH sensor status
The double-byte data of the K6PM-TH sensor status that is maintained in the Main Unit is output
in hexadecimal.
For the detailed content of each bit, refer to "K6PM-TH sensor status per sensor" in 5-3-2 Main
Unit Monitor Object (Class ID: 374 hex) on page 5-10.
(4) Temperature data
The current temperature per segment and the maximum temperature per segment measured by
the Main Unit is output in the order of the segment number, and the internal temperature is output
in the end.
Note 1. When a communications error occurs with respect to the Main Unit, only (1) Measurement date and
time is output.
2. During measurement interruption due to an external trigger, the entire (4) Temperature data is output
with the values immediately before interruption being retained.
• Maximum number of rows of the log file
1,440 rows. If it exceeds the maximum number of lines, create a new log file and save the
log.
