X.4.1 Setting an Image to Pan
Actions prior to generating the pattern:
Setting one or more segments of a pattern to pan:
1. Select the test pattern.
2. Set the Panning option in the right-hand panel to On ( 1 ).
3. Click on the Panning heading to display the associated
details.
4. For as many segments as you want to pan:
 Switch that segment to On ( 1 ).

Set Start to the start line of the segment

Set Height to the number of lines in the segment
 Set the required Speed (between ±1 (slowest) and ±63
(fastest))
Note
: The selected Start and Height values must be such that the segments are in order,
all lie within the active area (1080 lines) and do not overlap.
Actions while generating the pattern:
To stop a segment at its current position:

Set the Speed of the segment you want to stop to 0 .
To return all the segments to their normal position:
 Turn
Panning
Off (
0
).
