Confirm that this instrument is turned ON.



Section 4.3 on page 31

Confirm that the illumination light is output from the
microscope section of the surgical microscope.



Confirm the functioning of the spare lamp.



Section 4.5 on page 34

Confirm the functioning of the spare lamp brightness
control.



Section 4.6 on page 36

Turn the instrument OFF
(when it is not to be used immediately after the
inspection).


