error Irregularity in the LED
light source. Put the surgical microscope to the WLI mode. If this error
occurs frequently, set the spare lamp selector lever of this
instrument to “SPARE LAMP” and, after use, turn the
surgical microscope and this instrument OFF, and contact
Olympus.

light source. After use, turn the surgical microscope and this instrument
OFF and contact Olympus.

communication
between the surgical
microscope and LED
light source. Put the surgical microscope to the WLI mode.
Turn this instrument and the surgical microscope OFF.
Remove the cable cover from this instrument, confirm that
the communication cable is not unplugged or otherwise
irregular, and turn this instrument ON again. If the error still
occurs, turn the surgical microscope and this instrument
OFF after use and contact Olympus.

source. Turn this instrument OFF, confirm that the ventilation grilles
are not stopped or obstructed by a foreign object, and turn
this instrument ON again. If the error still occurs, turn the

permitted limit. Turn this instrument OFF, confirm that the ventilation grilles
